Sorry Juliabee but....what do I do with the beets--I mainly try to ignore them those little red/pink nuggets :P

They are my papa's favorite so they got planted. I've tried a bite here and there but I'm no fan.

Now BROCCOLI on the other hand---if we had planted broccoli you'd hear me woohooing from where you are! Unfortunately Broccoli is a cold crop an it was to late to plant it.
