Just tried to do a quick Google, but 'quick' won't cut it. For instance, I didn't know there were quite a few Boot Hill-s. Still, I am now ever-curious about this. I assume you're talking about Tombstone's Boot Hill, and when I have more time away from work, I'll look further - or (idea just popped into my head) I'll turn my daughter onto the project. She's a librarian - and eats research like SugarPops. When I find out, I'll let you know.
