GeotargetGood news, bad news re: big brain.

Good news, the Motherboard came in, the IDE controller works, and all of my data is recoverable.

Bad news, (sort of) - the fan on my video card went, so they're ordering a new one... I should have it by Wednesday.

I should be on 2nd life (If Herm's around) and be playing Farcry (If she's not) by Friday. DSL should be back by the 15th.

It's Saturday! I want to see the Narnia Flick. Maybe I'll catch up with it during walkabout in my new region.

I keep forgetting how amazingly complex every living thing is... and keep getting amazed when I remember.

Odd test I got 90% masculinity and 70% femininity--hmm I suppose they are equating traditional traits to the genders.

Yeah Bronte, Austen, Wharton--but they all explored the roles of women in society so that's probably why I like them---either that or Mr. Darcy makes my toes tingle.

But I'm not really that girly---I drive a pick-up truck, I don't wear make-up (well lip balm--although I do own a LOT of lip gloss), I have days where I just like to cuss like a sailor (usually just to shock my dad), I abhor long fingernails on me--cause they just get dirty when I'm playing in the mud, I can usually fix things and set up stereo systems and such.

Hmmm I'm just an oddball I suppose.

I got about 76% masculinity and 30% fem. I wonder if lawschool makes you more pushy/assertive and therefore more guy-like on this test? or maybe it's a self-selection thing.

I know I'm more pushy- but just 'cause I have no freekin time to waste anymore ;-)

I'm a little less tolerant of time wasting than I used to be---well except when I waste my OWN time--then I mitigate mitigate mitigate. *snicker*

Yeah my family and friends seem to adore it out the wazoo---but then I remind them all that they helped to make me the person that I am and that if they have a problem with me they'd better look to themselves first---that usually drives them nuts and they forget whatever it was I was doing that aggravated them in the first place. Or as my mother put it so well "You just reject life on this planet don't you?"

:D
