Thursday – 3/26/2015

Day started ok. Teleworked until noon, went to the doctor, did a few chores, ran a few errands. Had a tasty lunch and even strarted tracking my food intake again (gained a few lbs since last doc visit – time to get back on the stick.)

Back and leg issues were tricking up pretty badly – I was fragged by 6pm. Had a good cry, and was, pained physically and mentally end of day.

Went to bed early for a nap, and didn’t wake until Friday morning.
