Breakfast of a bagel after staying late in bed.
Watched a smidgen of weeds on Netflix and then an extended visit with Adam vw, Dave Nelson and the in-laws in windward key. Supper of veggie chili and college football on the tv.
I was feeling rough today, in body and spirit. I hope tomorrow is a better day.
