With dental xrays like this, I will have a good deal of trouble faking my death. See also spinal surgery and general gigantism.

With temp crown on top. Damn thing can’t stay affixed for more than a single bite of a bean burrito. Thankfully they moved up my appointment for the permanent one.

Down 13.5 lbs since june 15

So far so good. At this rate I should be at my goal by… october. 2014.
