I'd love to see subsidised birth control for 2-leggeds and 4-leggeds.
There are so many dingalings out there who can't care properly for critters... sometimes I wonder if it's me that's the one who is out of line, but If I have to be in error, I'd prefer to be wrong on the side of kindness.
