I've heard some hubbub about waist deep flodign ove rin oakland park, but my buddy that lives over there says it's maybe waist-deep to a smurf. curb-deep in most places, but some folks had to be removed from a badly designed (negatve drainage) apartment complex.

We're here. Shutters are up. Parents leave the Island to come here tomorrow. The EX is still planning to hold out unless it reaches a 3, even though he lives on a canal. I think we'll be ok. I hope so. I didn't enjoy Charlie that much. Not really ready for an encore 14 months later, but....
