A little FYI for any and all Evil Dead fans out there -- "Evil Dead: Hail to the King" for Playstation and Dreamcast shipped October 31st, so be sure and buy eighty copies. I honestly haven't seen enough of it to know if it's gonna be any good or not, but this is the one time I will go ahead and say the heck with substance in favor of a license -- something quite against my principles, but if it contributes to generating enough interest in the series to make an "Evil Dead 4," then it's justified.

However, if any of you little rascals ever buys a lousy South Park game again, I will be forced to beat you with a stick of lime pixie dust.

Due to the great resurgence of super-hero stuff.. I thought I'd provide you all with a good costume source.

lucha libre / wrestling masks, figures, or just funky lucha stuff in general

I especially recommend the Mexican wrestling mask gallery. I really admire the Payasos, Ormiga, Mexicano, and Alebrije

Please note, I have a low opinion of wrestling. but the lucha costumes are a hoot.

I think if we tattooed lucha masks on criminals, it'd be much simpler to find and arrest them.

that made no sense. I'm going to bed. ignore that prior line.

Thinking about wishing wells... if you could have one wish on a fountain, what'd you ask for?

Just to toss info back.. Evil Dead seems to be plagued by crappy control, lame enemies, and muddy textures.. not even NEW dialogue from bruce can save this dog it seems *sigh*

but.. once Sam Raimi maked a gazillion bucks with Spider Man maybe he can make ED4 like we all know we want..

and Lucha masks rule.. highspots.com has a semi decent mask area..

and don't forget that Japan has some of the best masked wrestlers out there.. Sasuke, Liger, Hayabusa, Naniwa.. ok.. not all are great wrestlers.. but any guy who has a crab gimmick.. complete with mask.. has to kick SOME ass...

Wishes, huh? Only one? I think I would wish for more friends. I like people and really love to learn things, the more friends, the more I could learn. People are interesting and enlightening. Yup, would have to say more friends. But maybe they would have to be closer to me so I could actually see them.

That's a good one...and the chirpy optimist in me tells me that it's attainable too.

friends are the best to learn from...generally make the lessons fun, or at least pain-reduced.

I had to share this band with you.

They are a rockin' surf-guitar band. They wear masks. I saw them once at this tiny little park event... these guys are used to selling-out decently-large venues, but I got to see them playing to a very tiny crowd, consisting mainly of small children who regularly threw beach balls at them. :)

They took it in such good spirits that I was compelled to buy their cd.

I'd wish for....

Oh, that's a good one... some cynics say better communication would cause more war than less... but I disagree... Great luck with your blossoming love with the hubby!
