Some of them are uppity, certainly - probably a side effect of being famous (take a look at most famous actors, for instance). Douglass Adams, however, was very sweet. He came up do do a lecture on campus at Michigan Tech, which was great.
Very unfortunate that he passed away not two weeks later. *sniff*
