so your buildings are made like that specifically because of the weather - so that if parts of it come off it'll be less dangerous? Like the parliament building in New Zealand, which is apparently wooden, and on wheels or something because of the earthquakes. I may have dreamed the part about the wheels. Someone once told me it was painted black and yellow but I think they were joking.
We had really bad storms here in about 1988 but I was a bit to young to remember much of it, apart from the fact a man called Gordon Kaye who was in a bad sit com called Allo Allo got smacked on the head by a falling tree. My house was barely damaged at all. I think one roof itle came off.
