My counter to "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" is "the nail that sticks out gets hammered down".

One of my techs needs to watch their step and mouth... too much flapping lip and attitude.

Got something to say? Fair enough. Make yourself heard in a proper venue and suggestion area! If the idea's a thought to be a good one and presented well, it'll probably get implemented.

If it's *not* considered to be a good idea, and you're given perfectly valid reasons why... shut yer piehole, and be done with it. Please don't piss and moan about it, and don't keep resubmitting the idea once it's been shot down multiple times.
