Didn't get around to seeing Dawn of the Dead Last night... I'm going to try and go see it with Dave on Friday. I owe him a movie, and it'll be nice to have someone to compare/contrast with.

My Blogrolling link page went down last night.. that was disturbing, because it was my best little remote entertainment gadget. Portable bookmarks to some of my favorite non-lj blogs and other weirdness. (fortunately it has since returned to the right fo my journal page)

Date: 2004-03-25 07:00 am (UTC)The right-left-right question was heavy on my mind when I was in the UK! It was odd to have to relearn it; I'd little idea just HOW engrained L-R-L was in my brain!

Date: 2004-03-25 07:48 am (UTC)I'm curious as to why the lane-system changed... apparently the ancient romans and greeks kept to the right side of the road. I wonder what caused parts of Europe to slide over to the left... or for that matter, why we didn't do it the Brit-way?
Heavens help us all when we get personal hover cars and digger vehicles... look left right up down left right down up left!
