Date: 2004-02-05 11:28 am (UTC)LATE IS SUCH AN UGLY WORD
Date: 2004-02-05 02:02 pm (UTC)I once was 3 months late sending my brother his birthday card. I couldn't find one I liked - I didn't forget! It is hard to forget when we have the same birthday day - I am four years older! But to be honest, I am usually so busy celebrating my birthday that I tend to space his!
Anyway, happy days and I hope you feel better - the doctor has medicine if you call within 48 hours of symptoms beginning to make you feel better. Or, my dad always thought a good shot of whisky would do the trick - entertains the germs if nothing else. I prefer hot tea and chix soup (preferably made by sedefendo). It always does the trick for me.
