more trouble between bro and the landlord. Brother owes considerable back rent and the landlord is finally tired of it, but to make matters worse, the ll seems to think that bro owes about twice what the receipts indicate... And is demanding double rent this week or bro gets 3 days eviction notice.
That wasn't what was initially agreed to... They had previously settled on 1.25x rent to catch up - plus the remainder when he gets his settlement. I don't know for sure, but I'd lay odds that bro didn't keep his side of the bargain first, judging from how he hides out whenever the ll comes by.
He woke me this morning at 7am to make phone calls. set up drug deals even though I told him expressly no. As soon as I heard what he was doing, I told him to hang up and get out.
