Now this is a pretty cool online test.
Apr. 16th, 2002 01:17 amThe Cube.. my results came out pretty accurately. I won't share them here, as I don't want to pollute anyone else's taking it with my viewpoint. I'd really like to see a collection of responses to it...some fun creative visual images, at least.
Beware those comments about the boss

rgladiator, there's a jet powered go-cart!
sweetalyssm, there's the mysteries of radiation, including the tale of the radioactive boy scout!
laurak, this is an article on squirrel fishing. that's not on the science-site, but it's fun!
nighty night, dear journal. I'm up too late!

Just like e-mail or Web traffic, instant messages can be monitored by corporate network administrators -- whether those messages are sent to colleagues using a company's own software or flashed to friends across oceans using freely available programs from America Online, Yahoo! or Microsoft.

Date: 2002-04-16 06:33 am (UTC)Cube (me): floating (optimistic, idealistic) and bisecting the horizon line (visionary and practical, spiritual and sensual, making ideas/ideals practical)
Horse (Jerry): Brown (warm, earthy, sensual, unpretentious) and near the cube (close to me, loyal, committed)
The ladder (friends): Freestanding vertical (are independent, don't lean on me, are 'upstanding', have my respect), Wood/old (are old friends, familiar and comfortable, older than me)
Storms: Approaching (not here yet, but envisioned in the future), and Sandstorm (blinding, irritating, life-changing, financial) [this is a given with Cyndi, and I pretty much know what's coming and that it'll be tough]
Flowers (kids): In the foreground (very important to me), Garden near the cube (my own, kept safe, cherished)
That was neat! Made me think differently than I usually do :) Care to share your results in the comments, where they won't sway the answers of others?

Cool cube thingie!

My cube images seem really weird:
Cube: Gigantic, bevelled and faceted crystal cube, spinning on one of it's corners, just at the horizon, rays of coloured light flashing in all directions as the (non visible) sun shines through it.
Ladder: At first, the ladder was in the foreground, old and wooden, laying in the sand and partially covered, the sand swirling around, covering and uncovering various parts of it.
Horse: Dappled grey, gentle and seemingly out of place. I seemed to focus mainly on it's head, ears and eyes, noticing details such as the bristley hairs around the twitching ears, velvety texture of the snout, large shining eyes. It's overall demeanor seemed an odd combination of apprehension and serenity. The horse stood between the ladder and cube.
Storm: Alright! Once the storm started, things got really technicolor! The lightening flashed through and around the cube, creating a wicked laser like show! Howling wind blew all the sand off the ladder, exposing it. The pelting rain renewed the dryness of the old woodof the ladder, and the horse became relieved and energized. The storm was all encompassing.
Flowers: Fantastic, exotic, colourful flowers spread from the foreground, all the way to the horizon, their perfume filling the charged air. Oddly, the storm was not "dark", and it continued on as the flowers continued to bloom and spread, filling in the spaces around the cube, the horse and the ladder, pulling all of the elements closer together.
I think I need to take a walk and think about the results!
Thanks, it was fun! :)
