I'll take your word for it - but am saying you can't say - who is cuter without showing both sides of the question! (I must admit I'd probably vote for Newt even if you were the cutest thing on 2 legs - cos I have a weakness for cute kitties)

Ok - my orange kittie is long gone sadly - so he can be the cutest orange thing on 4 legs, I would have said boy orange thing but you almost never get orange girl things... so its kind of redundant to say it!

Do you know why orange cats are almost always male and tortoiseshell cats are almost all female??

How's it work - cos calico cats are female, but have orange in them... so how come they can't be all orange?

I understand it must be carried on a chromosome - but don't really understand the hows of it all.

the males can only be black or orange... not both.
(unless they're sterile/or have an extra x chromosome)

think of each x as a color.

males are xy, orange or black +y
females are XX orange and black. :)

I got big time kudos for helping a guy who was giving our staff manual handling training the easiest to understand explaination of how ruptured discs occur in peoples backs - using a chocolate filled toffee as an example! :)

He asked me if he can steal my explanation cos it made much more sense than the way he had been explaining it!

So you know that when you squeeze the toffee on one side often enough it starts to soften and separate and lets the chocolate squoodge out then which hurts the nerves beside the toffee??
I think you deserve a tofee for surviving a herniated disc! :)
