Bathroom, phone jack, light switches, front door jamb, closet door.

Trivial, but I think the Landlord should take care of 'em.

I'll collect a list over this week, and give it to 'em all at once.

i believe you are entitled to have it done by another party and charge it to your rent if the landlord doesn't take care of it.
