People are squaking that not taking public funds now is a "flip-flop" because he signed "an oath" with McCain to commit to taking public funds so there wouldn't be a fundraising war.
While a politician going back on a promise isn't shocking, it's probably not a great marketing move when you're pushing yourself as a "different kind" of politician. Different breed of the same animal is what most people who have an issue with it are thinking, I guess.
I think that whatever it takes for him to win is probably the best move. But I guess that makes me a pretty good politician, huh? esh.
