Our electric company massively trims/chops down trees for free, that are too close to electric lines. Maybe yours has a department that does that, too? Ours works based on people calling in to complain about their own trees getting too close to lines, or when your neighbor rats you out. Who knows..might save you some money with the power line trees, at least. :0)

First time they did ours, they completely cut down a tree (I think J. talked them into it).
