I can't believe I just spent 5 minutes of my precious life watching other people eat pancakes. It was strangely compelling, though.
I'm not a big pancake eater, myself. I prefer waffles! Or Swedish pancakes with lingonberries...neatly rolled up like crepes, not stacked. But, if presented with a standard stack of buttermilk cakes, butter, and maple syrup, I'd fan them out on the plate, drizzle lightly with syrup (no butter), and eat one at a time. Oh, and I'd probably give the last one to Josh, because my stomach's maxiumum pancake capacity is about 2.
