White with infants and toddlers, and red with the older kids. I prefer a strong ale with teenagers, who tend to be tough unless you beat them for a while before cooking.

You know... I can't say as I've ever had a teen that wasn't tenderised nicely. They can be sort of gamey, and hard to clean, too.
