Reading to Newt is fine. Picking the book based on what he might like could be a bit off...
What... are you reading to him... The Three Mouseketeers? ;)
Sorry about the MP pre-misery. There is no real off button, I've looked. Except for maybe pie. And that's just neutral enough for a test drive.
Nightly fasting is probably safe. Interesting that I have felt very similar lately.
